The Lord works in mysterious ways

I’ve had to take a break from our United First Financial business these last few days. I just learned that my father-in-law has terminal lung cancer. Ironically, we had made plans for a trip back to Hawaii to visit family and when we called to say we were on our way, BAM, the unfortunate news. My husband and I were back and forth earlier in the month about should we visit now, maybe for the holidays, maybe for the New Year, but I reminded him his parents weren’t getting any younger and since we have airline privileges and I don’t have to work my “JOB” let’s just go. The Lord works in mysterious ways. We’ve never been one’s to say it’s just coincidence and I’m glad I listened to my sixth sense. Family first, business can wait.

Family first. Good policy. Tomorrow is promised to no one. Take care of your family. God bless you.

Steve, not everyone believes in family first. I think it makes a huge impact on all parts of your life if it isn’t first. Thanks for your blessings.
