Sunday night and I’ve finally decided on a theme for my blog. I changed it about a dozen times. I don’t why, but I wasn’t satisfied with how a few of them looked. I guess I could have used this time for a few more follow up calls. I am proud of how my new website looks Financial Freedom Resolution. I wanted to finish it up by tonight because I decided to enter it into a competition. Within the online group I’m working with, I think more than 100 of us, we have entered our newly built sites to vote on this week. Top dog will get to have a link on our mentors’ blog. If I understand correctly, having a link on a high traffic website is most valuable. Thursday is the big day to reveal the winner and I’ll be a happy camper if I’m in the top 20, but happier if I win…

I’ll be flying out again this Friday. I would say traveling again, but working on an airplane and “traveling” are definitely two different things. The one thing I am looking forward to, besides meeting about 1000 new people, is giving my typing fingers a rest. Actually, working on an airplane is a great place for me to come up with new product ideas. So far a co-worker and I have one patent pending and we’re working on a second. Our first product is a travel filter. We’re just coming into production and when we’ve got samples available I’ll be putting up more information. We decided that since all of our feedback was positive we’d better create a business structure. Our company name is Deed Innovations. It’s crazy around here and I love it.

The purpose, I suppose, to why I’m head first into this uncharted territory of blogging is I have learned from a new mentor that I need to “brand” myself. I’m still cautious about the entire project, but since I have goals in life, here I go. On the About the Author page you get a little glimpse of me. I don’t believe there’s anything out of the ordinary, just a hard worker with an entrepreneurial spirit. Like I mention, I’ve been in a 22 year career that has given me an opportunity to find other passions in my life. I thought I was happy to have found that niche in the finance industry as a loan officer, but what I learned was no good deed goes unpunished. I’m glad that most clients chose 30yr mortgages. Unfortunately some refinanced elsewhere into adjustable rates when I told them not to. Good news though, because I was introduced to United First Financial and the Money Merge Account system, I’ve been able to somewhat stay in the financial field, but now I help homeowners pay off their mortgages in a fraction of the time. And since making that transition, I now am capable of helping just about anyone with debt, mortgage or not.
How’s that for being at the right place at the right time. Just as our economy takes a dive, here I have a tool that let’s me and you survive. Take a look

WOW! My first attempt here at a blog and it has come with new challenges that I could have prevented. I ended up uploading and reloading this site not once, but twice. I even had a couple of posts each time, which evaporated along with each reload. So here I go again. The good news is I am on my way finally. I hope…
