Hawaiian Airlines Celebrates It’s 80th Anniversary!
Nov 17th, 2008 Posted in Current Events, Travel | no comment »
Since I’ve been with Hawaiian Airlines for over 22 years, I thought it best to announce that we’re celebrating our 80th year in Business as of Novemeber 11th. I can’t believe that I’ve been flying that long, no pun intended, but the time has flown by rather fast, again, no pun intended. Boy, I’m on a roll…
I’ve been thru too many bankruptcies that I care to remember, numerous aircraft upgrades and a whole lot of uniform colors, but the one thing that stays consistent is our Ohana. The family that I’ve had for 22 years that has been around for the good times and the bad. The best times of my life and some of the worst, not too many people can say they’ve been with the same company for over 20 years. One thing I know for sure, when the time comes to say Aloha, it won’t be easy.
Just Added To The Christmas Card List

I just got this incredible email from a friend and thought I really need to pass this on to others. Think of how many lives we can all touch this Season with this simple gesture.
When doing your Christmas cards this year, take one card and send it to the address below.  If we pass this on and everyone sends one card, think of how many cards these wonderful special people who have sacrificed so
much would get.
A Great Idea!!!
When you are making out your Christmas card list this year, please include the following:
A Recovering American Soldier
c/o Walter Reed Army Medical   Center
6900 Georgia Avenue,NW
Washington , D.C. 20307-5001
If you approve, please pass it on.
Procrastinating again

Okay, I know that if I have too many things on my plate, I don’t really get anything done. It’s not helping that I’m a Libra and it goes with the territory. I’ve tried making a list of to do’s for the day, the week, and each day seems to just pass on to the next. I guess eliminating one to do is not enough if it doesn’t include making more than one business call to a United First Financial lead. Right now life is just gettting in the way and it’s making me a little upset. It could drive a person to drink, but then I would have to worry about being arrested like the bachelor girl Mary Delgado.

I’ve been so busy with my J.O.B. and being confused about packing up my house that my real passion of online marketing has taken a back seat. Fortunately I had the chance to get back in gear today and listen in to a webinar from UBranding.com to learn about twitter.com. I had come to know about twitter listening to the CNN news and watching the twitter updates during the election and thought it was pretty cool. I figured I’d get to it sometime but figured since I was already online and watching the webinar I might as well register at the same time as to not waste too much time. I only ‘tweeted’ once and if I can figure how to do it on my iphone, that will probably make it alot more effiecient for me.

Clean up your messy house
Nov 12th, 2008 Posted in Current Events, New Products, Travel | no comment »I’ll be moving soon and I must find the time to pack everything up, sell it or give it away. I’m not a collector of things so I don’t really have any must keeps other than family photos and such. But just the thought of going room to room and sorting thru our items is time consuming just thinking about it. Time I don’t have right now and probably will never have but these inconveniences must get done. I wanted to watch Oprah’s show today “Clean up your messy house tour”, but I figured I don’t have time for that either. I can’t say that I have a messy or cluttered house, but I thought if I could get some pointers for the next house I’d be ahead of the game. Oh well, I guess containers for everything with labels. Did I mention that I’m moving into a 40 foot Motorhome?
