How Will You Get Out Of Debt? Use The MMA

Jun 20th, 2009 Posted in Current Events | 2 comments »

We’ve been using the Money Merge Account Software System since 2007 and we are on our way to be debt free, mortgage free faster than we could have ever thought. Right now we’re enjoying our lives living in our 40 foot motorhome on Puget Sound. We couldn’t have done this without the Money Merge Account program and United First Financial.

Building On The Dream

I haven’t had a chance to write lately.  I’ve been wanting to and meaning to but I’ve been busy with my husband moving out of our home and into our Dream.  Our 40′ Alpine Coach Motorhome.

Dreams Do Come True

Dreams Do Come True

Thirteen years ago when we first moved from Hawaii to California, our dream was to buy an RV and live in it and enjoy the entire US.  Well, we recently did it!  We downsized from our 2300 sq ft home into our 400+ sq ft Motorhome.  Why it took us 13 years?  As the saying goes, “Life gets in the way”. (personally, I think it’s having a J.O.B.)

Last spring we made it our goal to find the best RV to our liking.  We knew back in 1996 which coach would have been the “one”, but that RV was now too old.  What we did realize by waiting (justification) was that technology in the travel trailer industry was now up to speed.

We’ve had a business from home since 1990 (we learned you get lots of tax advantages early on) and we were both interested in making sure we could still work from the motorhome.  Our (my) biggest concern was internet access.  We found out that most RV parks had free WiFi, (that took care of my addiction) and since we both have cell phones, no landline was needed.   Along with the WiFi and phone connections, we are pleased to know that cable is available at most parks for our TV needs and if not we have our satellite dish.  So it’s business as usual, just now it’s on wheels.

Although, we’ve only been in the coach full-time now for a month, I could not be happier with our decision.  I know it’s taken me away from focusing on my business, but it’s been worth it.   I have to remind myself that I’m not on a vacation everyday, even though that’s how it feels, and I’m now settling into a routine for our United First business to become our number one goal.

Following our desire to control our destiny led us to find United First Financial and without the Money Merge Account and UDeduct we probably would still be dreaming of  living in our RV.  Making the right financial decisions with the help of our personal financial “GPS” now let’s us live our dream in full color.

Every Money Merge Account website is a Winner

I had a chance to login to our Ubranding forum yesterday evening and the voting was over for our Money Merge Account website competition. Financialfreedomresolution.com didn’t place first but the knowledge I received from the process was worth all the effort I put in. I learned also that we all are very passionate and determined to bring United First Financial into every household. The more positive and personal results we share with those looking for a change in their financial future the better for our entire Country as a whole. Considering the mess we are bombarded with every day in the News, we the people have to make the individual changes first, see and feel the results and then create a synergy amongst a small group and let that momentum roll into a full movement that will be the norm. Change is difficult until it becomes what everybody else is doing.

One Travel Filter Step Completed

I had a chance to talk to my ‘travel filter’ partner, Guy Rawson, about how things are coming along and we now have our ‘dye cut’. I’ll be honest, the ideas flow pretty easy, but when it comes to the mechanics and the process, I only see the finished product. Guy used to shape surfboards in Hawaii and is very knowledgeable regarding the step by step process in making products all come together. I know we will be a great team and have our product to market in the first quarter of next year if not by December. The only thing we may have to change is where we get our financing. With the economic crisis still fluctuating back and forth and the lending as tight as well you know, we more than likely will be funding our first run with our own money. We are confident that with the retail of our product and orders we will be able to leverage ourselves on the first run and into our second production. Having the use of my personal Money Merge Account will allow me to float that funding without any stress.

Timing is everything

I made time yesterday for my business obligation that I made to be online for my website review and I missed it. I didn’t miss logging in and waiting to hear how I could make my site better but Brooke couldn’t see that I was online and so the call ended. He was gracious enough to have this training and review and luckily I was online for other sites that he reviewed and pretty much made changes to my site that made sense. It’s important that all of us in this training do our best and take the Money Merge Account mainstream. Now that we all have had a chance to improve we will make United First Financial proud.

Uncharted territory

Oct 2nd, 2008 Posted in Current Events | no comment »

The purpose, I suppose, to why I’m head first into this uncharted territory of blogging is I have learned from a new mentor that I need to “brand” myself. I’m still cautious about the entire project, but since I have goals in life, here I go. On the About the Author page you get a little glimpse of me. I don’t believe there’s anything out of the ordinary, just a hard worker with an entrepreneurial spirit. Like I mention, I’ve been in a 22 year career that has given me an opportunity to find other passions in my life. I thought I was happy to have found that niche in the finance industry as a loan officer, but what I learned was no good deed goes unpunished. I’m glad that most clients chose 30yr mortgages. Unfortunately some refinanced elsewhere into adjustable rates when I told them not to. Good news though, because I was introduced to United First Financial and the Money Merge Account system, I’ve been able to somewhat stay in the financial field, but now I help homeowners pay off their mortgages in a fraction of the time. And since making that transition, I now am capable of helping just about anyone with debt, mortgage or not.

How’s that for being at the right place at the right time. Just as our economy takes a dive, here I have a tool that let’s me and you survive. Take a look
